Own Your Own Business
We will be launching independent sales offices across the country in every major market, and we are looking for good people to work with us to help make those offices successful launching pads for young entrepreneurs.
The Process
We will recruit five to ten individuals as sales reps in specific markets. Once certain milestones have been achieved, these reps will have the option to create their own business and open in a designated market. If you’re chosen to work with us, we will fund the inventory, recruiting and office space for the first year, as you launch your business.
Being a Business Owner and Always a Student
We will also equip you with the knowledge of:
- How to run a business
- How to manage sales reps
- How to read financials and your P&L statement
- How to recruit, interview and train others
- How to be a servant leader
At the End of Two Years, You’ll Have the Opportunity to:
- Start a new business with the support of Direct Face2Face
- Interview with one of our partner companies that will highly treasure your skills, character and achievements
- Continue on to grow your local Independent Sales Office
