Opportunity Description
Every business that has one or more employees is required to have current State and Federal labor Laws posted in a commons area, in clear view of employees. We provide the posters, all updates and a $25K insurance policy that provides peace of mind for the business owner throughout the upcoming year, assuring them of being compliant.
What is the Business Unit?
- A local Sales Office comprised of an Office Owner (you) and five to ten sales reps
- The Rep sells local businesses posters that cover state labor and USA laws that are required to be posted in a public area
- The Sales Owner (you) will be responsible for interviewing, hiring, training and managing reps
- Direct Face2Face will provide you with the products, training and resources to be successful

- One week of training in your city
- Five potential leaders picked for the local market
- The Objective is for all to succeed
- One or two will be picked to own local ISO (independent sales offices)
- If successful, the remaining one to four trainees can elect to open ISO in another market—Elect to continue selling Compliance and wait for upcoming opportunity

Income Objectives
- Rep’s anticipated income: 50K-70K per year
- Independent Sales office Owner (ISO)’s anticipated income: 150K-200K per year
